Little Spring Barn
for a perfect little break

ABOUT
Little Spring Barn nestles in the beautiful grounds of the larger Spring Barns. These were originally built in the mid 1600s to house cattle and make cider; now you can bring your kids. Lovingly converted into a stunning cottage, Little Spring Barn has two double bedrooms (the larger also has a single bed so sleeps 3, perfect as a family room), a galley kitchen, lounge-diner with a cozy wood burner.
Bathroom with a large shower
Some of the good stuff
Self Catering
This is a self catering holiday let, we will ensure you have the basic for a cup of tea when you arrive. There is a freezer for those staying longer than a couple of days
Free Wifi
There is free WiFi, there is also a Netflix enabled TV and FreeSat TV
WiFi in rural Somerset generally slow, but we do have Fibre onto the property so slow broadband is not a problem here.
Gardens
The formal gardens are shared with the main house but you are very welcome to use them, there is a large garden fireplace with seating and cushions at the top of the garden. There is also a gas BBQ
Housekeeping
The property will be spotless with fresh sheets, towels and tea towels provided. For guests staying more than a week new linen will be provided after a week for you to fit
Pub & Parking
There is an excellent, traditional, Somerset pub, literally across the road from the property called The Sexeys Arms. The welcome is always warm and the food is excellent. Parking here is closer than the main house parking spaces
Pets
We do not allow pets of any description; this is not because we don't like them but our own dog 'Speck' finds this a little unsettling and the Kardashihens (chickens) find the arrival of new animals even more disconcerting
